  1. I enjoyed reading about your optimism towards buyers to get back on the horse now that the US economy is recovering. In the Vancouver market, commercial investment property oppurtunities have weakened as our market has softened a little. It’s nice to see optimism and guidance in finding value in spite of economic lags.
